Ingredients

  • Pinwheels:
  • 1 lb Jimmy Dean® Roll Sausage
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 17 oz thawed package of frozen puff pastry
  • Mango salsa:
  • 2 mangos chopped
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 green onions - chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup black olives chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Directions

Pinwheels:

Pre-heat oven to 350F. Mix first five ingredients in a bowl. Roll out one pasty sheet to 8 x 12 rectangle. Spread with half of the sausage mixture. Roll up, starting from the short end. Slice in one inch pieces. Repeat with one more pastry sheet. Place slices on cookie trays and bake 10 minutes on each side.

Mango Salsa:

Mix all ingredients together, chill and serve cold.

Yield:

16 servings
