Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound Jimmy Dean Sage Pork Sausage: (browned, drained, and roughly chopped)
- 6 store-bought crepes
- 2 cups Granny Smith apples; peeled, sliced 1/4 inch
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet
2. Once melted, stir in brown sugar
3. Add apples to skillet and sauté until slightly softened, approximately 5 minutes
4. Mix in cinnamon, salt, and cream
5. Sprinkle lemon over sausage
6. Add sausage to apple mixture; stir
7. Divide filling into crepes
8. Serve warm
