Jimmy Dean Sausage & Corn Quesadillas

Ingredients:

  1. 1 pkg. Hot Flavor Jimmy Dean Pork Sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
  2. 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
  3. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  4. 1 teaspoon Greek style seasoning
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  6. 12 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  7. 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  8. 1 can (4-1/2 oz.) diced green chilies, drained
  9. 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, cumin, Greek seasoning and cayenne pepper. Spread mixture evenly on 6 of the 12 tortillas. Top each tortilla with about 1/6 of the sausage, shredded cheese, chilies and corn. Top filling with remaining tortillas; press firmly. Bake on a lightly greased cookie sheet for 10 minutes, flipping after 5 minutes. Cut each quesadilla into 8 wedges; serve immediately.
