Jimmy Dean Southwestern Salsa Skillets Dinner

Ingredients:

  1. 1 12oz pkge tortilla chips
  2. 10oz can Rotel tomatoes
  3. 4oz salsa (mild, medium or hot)
  4. 10 3/4oz cream of chicken soup
  5. 18oz pkge Jimmy Dean Skillets - Southwest Flavor - prepared to package directions without the eggs
  6. 1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese (recommend Sharp)

Directions:

Place tortilla chips in a 2 quart casserole. Mix Rotel, salsa and soup. Layer 1/2 of the Skillet, 1/2 soup mixture and 1/2 cheese, and repeat. Microwave 10 minutes uncovered on medium heat. If microwave does not have a turn table, turn dish after 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream on the side.
