2. Place tray in microwave and cook on HIGH for 30 seconds. While tray is in microwave, remove sandwich from wrapper and wrap in paper towel.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Open microwave and place wrapped sandwich in tray. Microwave on HIGH additional 1 minute and 50 seconds. Product will be hot. Let stand 1 minute in microwave.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Carefully remove from microwave. Stir apples. Enjoy!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The following instructions are based on an 1100-watt microwave set on HIGH. Due to differences in microwave ovens, heating times may vary. Single Use Tray.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;From Frozen&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1. Remove tray from carton. Peel back one corner of film over each food&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; compartment (Do not remove film completely). &lt;br /&gt;
2. Place tray in microwave and microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Let stand in&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;microwave 1 minute. Product will be hot.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Carefully remove from microwave. Remove film completely. Stir both apples &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;and scrambled eggs individually. Enjoy! &lt;br /&gt;
