1. Remove from wrapper. Wrap in paper towel.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 65 seconds or until hot.
3. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute before serving.
From Frozen 1. Remove from wrapper. Wrap in paper towel.
2. Microwave on DEFROST (30% Power) for 1 minute 30 seconds or until thawed.
3. Microwave on HIGH for 65 seconds or until hot.
4. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute before serving.

Oven Heating Instructions:
Thaw sandwich completely. Separate in half between the turkey sausage and egg. Wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until hot.
